Jaki’s has broad experience spanning more than 25 years in Sales, Marketing, Communications and General Management at progressively senior levels. She served in roles covering Eastern, Southern, West and Central Africa for international corporations (Nestle, Shell and Danone), as well as the non-profit Medicos Sin Fronteras.
This deepened her cultural awareness and developed Jaki has worked mostly with mid-level executives, end-career executives (retirement transition) and entrepreneurs, and is also a mental health coach (Modern Health University) Jaki also runs Leadership Workshops including Leading Self, Leading Others (including coaching Skills for Managers) and Leading through Uncertainty. En plus de sa rôle de coach fondatrice chez LifeSkills Coaching Consultants, Jaki est actuellement coach de programme à la Future Females Business School, une organisation visant à doter les femmes entrepreneurs en démarrage des compétences nécessaires pour développer leur entreprise de manière durable.
Jaki possède une vaste expérience de plus de 25 ans dans les ventes, le marketing, les communications et la direction générale aux niveaux de plus en plus élevés. Elle a occupé des postes couvrant l’Afrique orientale, australe, occidentale et centrale pour des sociétés internationales (Nestlé, Shell et Danone), ainsi que pour Médecins sans frontières. Toutes ces expériences ont approfondi sa conscience culturelle et développé sa compréhension du fonctionnement des personnes, des marchés et des organisations, à la fois pour le profit et pour la société.
En coaching, Jaki aide les clients à visualiser, articuler et clarifier ce qu’ils veulent. Elle les aide à interroger les ensembles mentaux qui les aident ou les gênent et à développer des habitudes qui soutiennent la vie qu’ils souhaitent professionnellement et personnellement.
